English version:
Today’s primary objective was Ayutthaya, the town situated 70 kms North from Bangkok. The ancient, medieval part of the place was one of the largest city in its age with nearly a 1 million population. Then the Burmese army came a few centuries later and gave Ayutthaya a very hard time. They must have argued on the wifi password or something similarly important thing. After the war, they re-built the town next to the ancient ruins.
The places I visited: Wat Yai Chaya Mongol, Wat Chaiwatthanaram and Wat Lokayasutharam
Kanchanaburi tomorrow. I will shoot content once I get the chance.
ps: I fixed the issue with the images however I highly recommend to view them in their original hi-resolution version. For that, click on the image and click on “view full size” on the bottom right corner…
